Whatever your experience level in cycling is, we would recommend getting your bike serviced by a Giant authorised retailer, as they have all the expertise, knowledge and tools needed to keep you rolling on the road or trails.

Service

Recommended Service Interval:
6 to 9 months.

Lead Time: 2 to 4 working days


Ideal for a mid-year drivetrain deep clean


  • Disassembly/Assembly of drivetrain (cassette, rear derailleur, crankset, chain)
  • Degreasing of drivetrain
  • Grease bottom bracket and lubricate chain
  • Inspect condition of hub bearings
  • Inspect condition of dropper post

Service

Recommended Service Interval:
9 to 15 months.

Lead Time: 2 to 5 working days


Our most popular servicing package, highly recommended for pre/post race events.


  • Includes Half Service
  • Wipe down and regrease headset
  • Thorough wipe down and polish (where applicable) of frame and wheels
  • Minor wheel alignment
  • Re-application of carbon fibre grip at seatpost
  • Inspection of frame linkage bearings for full suspension bikes
  • Software update for electronic drivetrain, if required
